We finish what you started.

You built something in Lovable, Replit, Bolt, v0, or Claude Code. You got 75% there. We finish the last 25% — and host it for you so it actually runs.

The auth that won't work. The database that keeps breaking. The deploy that won't deploy. The Stripe integration that's almost there but not. The last 25% is where the real work hides — and it's the part nobody warned you about when you started building. We pick up where you left off, finish the job, and run it on our infrastructure so you don't have to think about it again.

Who this is for

Built for owners, not engineers.

You run a real business. You've got customers, employees, and a hundred things that need your attention before whatever's sitting half-finished in a Lovable tab. You started building because you saw a workflow that should be automated, a tool you'd actually use, a small thing that would save you ten hours a week. You got most of the way there. Then you hit the wall — and the wall doesn't care that you've got a business to run.

We're not a dev shop with discovery calls and statements of work. We're not a SaaS company that wants you to fit your problem into our template. We're the people you call to finish the project you already started, run it somewhere reliable, and keep it working while you go back to running your business.

What we do

What we do.

Project Rescue

We finish vibe-coded projects that hit the wall. Auth, database, payments, deploy, the bugs you couldn't crack. You hand off what you've got; we hand back something that works.

Internal tools, built for you

For attorneys, HVAC contractors, clinics, accountants, brokerages — anyone running a real business with a workflow that should already be a tool. You describe what your team does by hand; we design it, build it, and host it. No engineer to hire, no SaaS that almost-fits.

Hosted and managed

Every project we finish runs on our infrastructure. Monitoring, error alerts, dependency updates, and small tweaks are included in a flat monthly fee. Nothing breaks at 9pm without us knowing about it.

New AI agents

Whether you started with a rescue or a fresh build, we add the small tools your team has been asking for. Inbox watchers, document processors, scheduled reports, anything that does one repetitive thing well. Same stack, same hosting, same trust.

How it works

How it works.

  1. 1.

Tell us what you built and where you're stuck.

Fill out the form below. Share a link to your project if you've got one. We'll respond within one business day.

  2. 2.

    We give you a quote.

No discovery doc, no SOW, no procurement call. We tell you what it'll cost to finish, what it'll cost to host, and what's in scope. You say yes or no.

  3. 3.

    We finish the build.

Most projects take one to three weeks of calendar time. We work in your existing codebase when we can. We rewrite the parts that won't survive production. You get one walkthrough at the end.

  4. 4.

We host it and keep it running.

The finished project runs on our infrastructure. We monitor it, patch it, and handle the small tweaks for free. When you're ready to build the next thing, we already know your setup.

What we've built

What we've built.

Direct mail / home-service contractors

Good Mail Co.goodmail.ai

Predictive direct mail subscription for home-service contractors — picks the homes most likely to need a roof, furnace, or window replacement next cycle, instead of mailing every door.

What was broken
The product had been built as a multi-vendor every-door-direct-mail marketplace with one-shot payments — about 50,000 lines of code, no live customers, and a business model the team had already decided to abandon. They needed to pivot to a 3-month subscription product backed by a predictive-leads database, but the existing stack didn't model subscriptions, didn't talk to the leads database, didn't handle multi-city purchases, and didn't support quarterly billing.
What we delivered
A full pivot in five days — deleted the ~50,000 lines of dead code, then rebuilt the subscription stack from territory mapping through Stripe checkout. Shipped a 5-step signup wizard with a city-picker map, multi-city quote engine with per-city demographic adjustments, quarterly billing for longer commitments, and a cron job that hands finished orders off to the printer. End-to-end verified live on the production domain.
Outcome
73 commits in 5 days (Apr 28–May 2, 2026) carrying the project through a full pivot. 11 of 11 redesign phases deployed.

Developer tools / AI observability

Prelaprela.dev

Observability for AI agents — captures every span of agent execution so developers can debug LLM systems the way they debug microservices.

What was broken
Prela was burning ~$300/month on ClickHouse Cloud for near-zero traffic, because background jobs kept the cluster awake 24/7 and made auto-pause useless. The obvious fix — moving ClickHouse onto their own hardware — kept hanging on a 35KB diagnostic query nobody could explain.
What we delivered
Spent a week ruling out seven proxy configurations before identifying the actual culprit: Railway's container runtime silently dropping packets above a userspace TCP buffer. Pivoted the architecture to Cloudflare Tunnel, terminating TLS at the edge instead of tunneling into the container. The 35KB query that ate a week of debugging completed instantly on the first try.
Outcome
$3,000+/year saved indefinitely, zero new infrastructure cost, and a self-hosted observability stack that's now the foundation for the rest of their product.

Pricing

Pricing, in plain numbers.

We don't quote opaque "starting at" numbers and we don't bill by the hour for finished work. Here's what things cost.

Project Rescue

$500 – $2,500

Most rescues land in this range. The variance is how much of the original code we can keep versus how much needs rewriting. We quote after looking at what you've built — no surprise invoices.

Internal tools build

$500 – $2,500

Net-new builds — one tool, one workflow, for businesses without an engineer. Same price band as a rescue. The variance is scope and integrations. We quote after a 15-minute conversation about what your team needs.

Hosting & management

$30 – $75 / month per project

Includes server, monitoring, error alerts, dependency updates, and up to 30 minutes of small tweaks per month. API and infrastructure usage (Anthropic, Stripe, email) is passed through at cost.

Change requests

$100 – $150 / hour

For new features, integrations, or anything past the 30-minute monthly tweak allowance. Quoted up front, billed in 15-minute increments.

We don't take projects under $500 or hosting under $30/month. Below that, the math doesn't work for either of us.

Free check

Is your site leaking something?

Vibe-coded apps ship secrets and leave doors open all the time. Drop in your address for a free, instant first-pass check — no signup. It's the same surface a visitor's browser sees; we don't log in or attack anything. See everything we check and a sample report.

We only look at what your site already shows the public — the same things any visitor's browser can see. We don't log in, test, or attack anything.

FAQ

Questions we get a lot.

Depends on what you've got. Some projects are 80% solid and need real work on three or four things. Some are held together with duct tape and need to be rebuilt from the schema up. We tell you which one yours is in the quote, before you commit.
