Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 6, 2026
This is the privacy policy for Askhercules LLC, doing business as Last25 ("we," "us," "our"), a business based in Minnesota, USA. It covers what we do with information collected through this website. It does not cover the separate applications we build and host for clients — those have their own terms.
We've tried to write this in plain language. If something here is unclear, email us at hello@last25.com and we'll explain.
What we collect
Information you give us directly. When you fill out our intake form or email us, we collect what you send: your name, email address, business name, a description of your project, and anything else you choose to include. We only ask for what we actually need to respond and decide whether we can help.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider logs basic technical information — your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed, and the time of your visit. We use this for security and to understand which pages people actually read. We don't use third-party advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or session replay tools.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people read. It's privacy-first: it doesn't set cookies, doesn't fingerprint your device, and doesn't track you across other websites. Cloudflare processes a small amount of data about each visit (referrer, page URL, country, browser type) on our behalf and discards it after producing aggregate counts.
Cookies. We don't set any cookies on this site. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. If we ever add tools that require cookies, we'll update this policy and ask for consent where required.
What we do with it
We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, scope and quote work, and decide whether your project is a fit. If we end up working together, the information becomes part of our normal business records — invoices, project notes, and client communication.
We use automatically-collected technical information to keep the site running, prevent abuse, and occasionally look at traffic patterns to figure out what's working.
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it to train AI models. We don't build profiles on you for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
A few specific service providers, only for the purposes of running the business:
- Our hosting and email infrastructure — this site is hosted on Cloudflare, and we use email and CRM tools to receive and respond to your messages. These providers receive whatever data is necessary to host the site and deliver email, and they're contractually limited to using it for that purpose.
- Payment processors (such as Stripe) if you become a paying client — they handle billing data directly; we don't store full card numbers.
- Accounting and tax tools for normal bookkeeping.
We share information with law enforcement only when legally required, and we'll push back on overbroad requests where we can.
If the business is ever sold or restructured, customer information may transfer to the new owner under the same commitments described here.
How long we keep it
Intake form submissions from prospects who don't become clients: 12 months, then deleted.
Client records (contracts, invoices, project files): 7 years after the engagement ends, which is the standard retention window for US business records and tax purposes.
Server logs: 90 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have specific rights about your personal information. We honor these rights for everyone, regardless of jurisdiction:
- Access: Ask us what we have about you, and we'll tell you.
- Correction: If something we have is wrong, we'll fix it.
- Deletion: Ask us to delete your information, and we will, except for records we're legally required to keep (like invoices for tax purposes).
- Portability: Ask for a copy of your data in a usable format.
- Opt-out of sale or sharing: We don't sell or share your information for advertising, but you have the right to confirm that.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@last25.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We won't charge you for reasonable requests, and we won't retaliate against you for making one.
For California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the rights listed above. We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We don't use sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond providing the service you asked for.
For EU and UK residents: If you're contacting us from the EU or UK, you have rights regarding your personal data under applicable law, including the rights described above. To exercise them, email hello@last25.com. Our service is directed at US-based clients, but we'll honor reasonable requests from anywhere we receive them.
International data transfers
We're based in the US, and our service providers are mostly US-based. If you're contacting us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards with our service providers.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold — encrypted connections, limited access, sensible password practices. We're a small operation, not a bank; we'll be honest that no system is perfectly secure, and we'll tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects your data.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and, where the change matters, post a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
