Terms and Conditions
Last updated: May 6, 2026
These are the terms for using this website. They're a contract between you and Askhercules LLC, doing business as Last25 ("we," "us," "our"), a business based in Minnesota, USA. By using the site, you agree to them.
These terms cover the marketing website only — the public pages and the intake form. If we end up working together, we'll have a separate written agreement covering the actual project, hosting, and ongoing services. Nothing on this site, including any quote or estimate, is a binding offer to perform work until we both sign that agreement.
What this site is
This is a marketing website for a service business. We finish software projects that clients started in tools like Lovable, Replit, Bolt, v0, and Claude Code, and we build small AI agents and tools for small business workflows. The site exists to explain what we do, show examples of past work, and let prospective clients reach out.
What you can and can't do here
You can read the site, share links to it, fill out the intake form honestly, and email us. That's pretty much it.
You can't scrape the site at scale, copy our content for your own commercial use, attempt to break into the systems behind it, submit fake or misleading information through the intake form, or use the site to harass us or anyone else. If you do any of that, we reserve the right to block you and take whatever other action makes sense.
The intake form
When you submit the intake form, you're asking us to consider working with you. You're not hiring us, and we're not agreeing to take the work. We'll review what you sent and either reply with next steps, send you a quote, or let you know it's not a fit.
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Don't submit other people's information without permission. Don't submit anything confidential through the form — wait until we've started a conversation and can use a more appropriate channel.
Case studies and examples
The case studies, screenshots, and project descriptions on this site are real, but identifying details (client names, specific industries, exact numbers) may have been changed to protect client privacy. The numbers and outcomes shown are real for the projects described and are not predictions or guarantees about what we'll achieve for you. Software projects vary, and past results don't guarantee future ones.
Our content
The text, design, and code of this website belong to us. You can link to the site freely and quote short excerpts with attribution. You can't copy substantial portions for commercial purposes, repackage our content as your own, or use our brand name and logo to suggest an endorsement we haven't given.
If we publish blog posts or guides, the same rules apply.
Third-party links and tools
The site may link to outside resources — documentation, communities, tools we recommend. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them. A link isn't an endorsement of everything that company does.
No professional advice
Anything you read on the site is general information about what we do and how we do it. It's not legal advice, tax advice, security advice, or engineering advice for your specific situation. Don't make decisions about your business based on what you read here without talking to a qualified advisor for your specific case.
No warranty on the site itself
We try to keep the site accurate, current, and online, but we make no promises. The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. If the site is down or out of date when you visit, that's the nature of running a small business website.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Minnesota law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we knew such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim related to this site is capped at $100.
This limitation does not apply where it's prohibited by law, including for gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.
Indemnification
If your misuse of the site causes a problem for us — a legal claim, a security incident, a service disruption — you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it. This is standard language meant to address abuse, not normal use of the site.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
If you're a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws (such as the EU or UK), nothing in these terms overrides rights you have under those laws.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms. If a change is significant, we'll try to call attention to it.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
